You already know film thickness matters, but it’s the small details that make the biggest impact.

Too thin → reduced protection, coverage, etc.
Too thick → surface defects, curing issues, etc.

When everything’s moving quickly on the line, it’s easy for the small details to get overlooked. The key is a consistent film build that meets the technical data sheet for lasting durability, adhesion, and finish quality.

Set point isn't always the actual temperature of the oven.
It’s common to see a 20–70°F gap between set point and actual oven temperature during parts of the cycle.
If you're dealing with an inconsistent cure, start by checking what’s really happening inside your oven.
