Today marked the final in person module for our 2026 Spring CAM Candidates.

for facilitating the Leading People Module designed by National Apartment Association at The Best Restoration .
The CAM curriculum focuses on:
Industry Essentials: The role of the manager, understanding property management, and housing types.
Property Maintenance: Preventive maintenance, service requests, turnover, and vendor management.
Legal Responsibilities & Risk Management: Fair housing, safety, and compliance with laws.
Marketing: Marketing plans, sales, and resident retention.
Managing Teams: Hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
Leading People: Leadership skills and workplace management.
And Investment Management: Financial reporting, budgeting, and maximizing net operating income (NOI)
