Just a reminder that wildlife in general will be displaced during the storm-
Especially snakes! Be mindful when stepping outside and during cleanup as snakes will be seeking higher and dryer ground.

Before and after pics of a ā€œunderpinningā€ job Sandra and I did over the last 2 weeks. Rodents were getting in to the inner wall of the crawl space due to wire bundle and pipe pass throughs. The best way to seal this type of situation is to come out to the exterior wall of the home to secure it. There is also buried metal wire that was trenched into prevent tunneling. We will reinstall the lattice at a later date once trapping is completed.
We both said ā€œ this is our last underpinning ā€œ!
