POSITIVE SELF TALK ABOUT OTHERS AND BETTER RESULTS OF SELF

People rarely intend to come across as negative. It can be a common mistake to incorrectly attribute intent to what others say and do.
Many have difficulty expressing empathy or simply have not learnt or don’t realise their negative word-choice or voice tone can have a negative and counterproductive effect on others.
If WE can assume Positive Intention, we can better empathise , sympathise, understand and influence them. It also helps us systematically blaming other people for what happens to us and take more responsibility ourselves and our behavior.

“People don’t care what we think until they think we care”. When we think, show and express empathy (care) for others they will almost always reciprocate.
