Sometimes leadership means standing tall while being misunderstood…
And
What I know for sure is there is
a particular sting that comes when you’ve given your all…served with excellence, led with heart, and still find yourself accused of something you didn’t do. It’s disheartening. It’s heavy. It makes you want to shrink back, question your worth, and wonder if showing up was even worth it.
But let me tell you this…. Hear me good! God sees everything.
He sees your integrity.
He sees your effort.
He sees how you’ve tried to help the very people now pointing fingers.
And what I know for sure is, He will vindicate.
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.” – Isaiah 54:17
This verse isn’t just about battles… it’s about false accusations, unfair attacks, and spiritual warfare dressed in professional clothes that we can plan this right through even when others can’t.
When you’re a true leader, especially one called by God, you must learn how to stand anyway. Head high. Shoulders back. Voice steady. Knowing that your character will speak louder than any lie ever could.
To those who’ve ever been wrongly accused in silence…
I see you.
To those still showing up with excellence while carrying that invisible weight, I honor you.
Keep leading. Keep serving. Keep standing.
God will handle what your hands can’t. Your job is to stay in position.
Be encouraged, there is always a lesson in the test!
