It was a wonderful experience discussing the 2024 Global Talent Landscape with such amazing experts from Delta Airlines, Rheem Manufacturing, and Robert Half.

Congrats to MARC's hardworking leaders for creating a day of thoughtful content. Just being in the room was a great experience.

Let’s be honest, 2021 was a bit rocky and we were hoping that it would be a lot better than 2020.

However, we continued to learn and to pivot. We learned so many lessons in a short period of time, and now, we have embodied a way of navigating unexpected storms in a way that is creative and innovative.

So instead of hoping that 2022 is better, we acknowledge that we are stronger and more resilient than we thought we were and that we could not have done it alone.
