To ensure timely processing, we strongly recommend visiting our office to finalize your Prebuy contract, which must be received by 3:30PM on July 31st.

Important Notice

To avoid order discrepancies, we are unable to accept propane delivery orders via email.

All propane orders must be placed directly through our office. Please call (417) 357-6982 to schedule your delivery.

Pre-Buy Program Reminder

Our Pre-Buy Program ends July 31st. As we are approaching the deadline, we ask that you stop by the office as soon as possible to complete your Pre-Buy contract and submit your payment in person.

At this time, there is not enough time to mail contracts and have them returned before the program deadline.

ATTENTION TANK MONITOR CUSTOMERS

If you currently have a tank monitoring system installed and your tank level is below 40% (500 or 1,000 gallon tank), your delivery has been or will be automatically scheduled at our July special rate.

If your tank cannot accommodate a 200-gallon delivery at this time, your order will not be automatically scheduled at the special rate.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
