No more NFA! This is great news and a great start! Hopefully we can get this to be come uniform across the country. Unfortunately for this doesn’t change anything for us in our home state of Wisconsin, yet. Reach out to your legislators and work to change state laws so the entire country can enjoy the same rights.

➡️ATF has published an Open Letter and FAQ on NFA transfers of short-barreled ri**es, short-barreled sh****ns, suppressors (silencers), and “any other weapons.”

➡️Still required: 4473s, NICS checks, compliance with state/local laws, and Form 20s for interstate transport of SBRs/SBSs.
