We had yet another example of a PC&D employee going above and beyond today. A maintenance director at one of our facilities is very motivated to make a difference, but struggles with the written English as it is not his native language. Yamary Crespo, one of our office staff, is bilingual and gave him a call to help. Yamary explained this procedure in Spanish, empowering the maintenance director to better serve his community. She then took the initiative to translate his paperwork and sent it back to him for easier use next time!
