Issues have been resolved and customers have been moved back over. We will continue to monitor the situation. If you are still having issues with your service, please give our Phone Technical Support a call at 740-446-2975. Hours are 9 AM - 7 PM, 7 days a week. - Tue. Aug, 11, 3:00 PM UPDATE

We are currently experiencing issues with our Upstream Provider. We have switched customers over to our Secondary provider to restore service. Slower than normal speeds may be seen because of this and Public IP customers will experience service outage until this is restored. We will update this post with any information we receive. - Tue. ⚠️ Scheduled Tower Maintenance: Fri July, 24th ⚠️
📍Affected Areas : St Rt 588 / Buhl Morton Rd

Our Tower Team will be doing maintenance on our Curry Tower this Friday (7/24). They will be adding additional height, and will be moving equipment around to fix our backhaul issue and to get it prepped for FiberStream availability. This may cause intermittent service throughout the day until the project is complete. The areas affected will be St Rt 588 and Buhl Morton Rd area.

Update7/17/26 2:30pM: all maintenance is completed

We will be doing maintenance on our Green Valley headend affecting those throughout state route 160 and parts of Bidwell. This outage will not be long but you will experience intermittent connectivity. We will also be doing maintenance in the Decatur area resulting in a small window of intermittent connectivity. We thank you for your patience.

Due to additional phone calls and postings, we wanted to again post about this issue. We have NOT sold our business to another provider! We are still the same JB-Nets!

If you are approached by another provider stating they need to switch your connection due to JB-Nets being bought out, please be cautious, and if at all possible, capture this conversation via recording or video and send it to us! We are tying to get to the bottom of this, and any physical proof we can get can help us!
