One of my favorite techniques to use that many of my clients have never had implented, is stretching. I have had many positive results from this simple technique. Something I learned toward the end of my schooling. I used it in clinicals, and had a gentleman tell me he had never had the relief after many massages in the clinicals. I have stuck to it, adding it when I find it might be useful.

I currently am dedicated caregiver for my father in law with Parkinson’s. This is why I have to take it kind of day by day. I will hopefully be able to add in dedicated days that won’t need announced soon.
