For Today Intuitive and Holistic Therapies Life is a journey but not always an easy journey. We are faced with physical, emotional and spiritual setbacks, issues and concerns all the time.

Things that burden our hearts, damage our souls and hold us back from a happy fulfilling life. My goal as a holistic practitioner is to guide and assist you as you travel
this path in life and to make the journey a bit easier. It is time to rest from
the hectic world and spend time on yourself. Time to empower yourself, alter
thought processes and heal so that you can experience life more fully e

every day. My name is Kristin Krieger and I am a nurse, ordained minister and professional
therapist. I am trained in numerous holistic and energy modalities and have
studied intuitive practices extensively. I am invested in assisting people in
healing physically, emotionally and spiritually to live each day with more peace. I offer services in person and via distance means like phone and email. I offer
Reiki and energy healing sessions, personal energy readings to gain insight,
medium sessions, aromatherapy and holistic counseling. In addition I teach
classes and seminars. I also perform weddings/commitment services, private
baptisms and house blessings. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University in Fairfield CT
