🚚💥 Trailer Took a Hit — We Brought It Back Stronger 💪🔥

A few months back we installed a brand-new tongue on this trailer. The customer called us again recently — they hit a manhole cover and bent the jack and the steel it was mounted to.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and assembling structural steel components, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precise, high-quality work. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate, cut, and weld structural steel components to precise measurements.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, torches, grinders, shears, and welders.
• Lay out, position, and assemble steel parts.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a structural steel fabricator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Certification in welding or fabrication (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
