Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day from the Strongbow Strategies team.

Today we honor Indigenous peoples across the Americas, from the Navajo Nation to the Andes, and the traditions they have carried for generations.

Much of our work happens alongside tribal nations and Native communities, and we’re grateful for the trust they place in us.

"In Conversation" is back. Next up: Lorencita Murphy, Rights-of-Way Agent.

We asked her what she's proud of about Strongbow that most people outside the company don't know. "Strongbow is family oriented, keeping traditions alive while moving forward with ever-changing technology."

The moment that's stayed with her: "I was able to travel the Navajo Nation, meeting people and learning about the communities. If it wasn't for my job with Strongbow, I would never have had the opportunity to learn how strongly the communities cherished the land they live on."

On managing complexity: "Learning to work together and listening to everyone involved, especially at the community level, and giving respect to one another whether you agree or not."

Between 2024 and 2025, Strongbow ran 16 trainings for the SBA's Office of Native American Affairs, helping Native entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

More than 400 people took part, representing over 30 Tribes and Nations. Sessions covered starting a business, accessing capital, financial management, and planning for long-term growth, in person across the country and online.

95% said they would recommend it to others.
