Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Acting quickly and rationally in emergencies, such as fire alarms or security breaches.
Conflict Resolution and De-escalation: Managing tense situations, handling unruly individuals, and calming confrontations.
Customer Service: Being approachable and professional while assisting the public, visitors, or employees.
Patience and Resilience: Maintaining focus during long, routine shifts
Requirements:
- Driver's License
- 18 and older
- Able to pass a drug test
- Clear an extensive background check. No convictions or DUI within the past 7 years.
