Parts delays continue. We are still down multiple trucks, but our great crew of drivers are working extra hard to try to get everyone picked up on your scheduled day. It just may be later in the day than normal.

Geneseo Hills customers will have to be pushed back to Thursday this. As of 4:30 p.m. on Monday, this is the only route being moved back.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Schedule Interruption
Attention LEWISTOWN, ST. DAVID, and DUNFERMLINE customers: Due to 4 trucks being out of service waiting on parts, we have had to push your curbside recycling collection back to THURSDAY this week.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We are trying to get parts shipped in as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please bear🐻 with us. We currently have 4 trucks down waiting on parts (out of 8 residential and commercial collection trucks in our fleet). Our great staff is working extra hard, doubling up on routes and working extended hours to try to keep up on everything. Please be patient if we are later arriving than normal, or some routes may get pushed back a day. If your street isn't picked up, please leave your cart out and we will get there a quickly as possible. Nothing should be more than 24 hours behind regular schedule except the Lewistown-St. David-Dunfermline route, which will be collected on Thursday.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Schedule Interruption: CANTON BLUE ROUTE and CUBA - LAKE WEE-MA-TUK

Due to a significant breakdown this morning, we were not able to collect the Canton Blue Route today. We will be in Canton tomorrow (Tuesday) to complete this collection.

This will also cause the Cuba and Lake Wee-Ma-Tuk route scheduled for Tuesday to be pushed to Wednesday.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will get your collections completed.

These are the only 2 routes affected by this interruption. All other collections are on as scheduled.

Final Blizzard Schedule Update!
Due to Monday's blizzard, we have been running like a holiday schedule all week. Tomorrow (Saturday) will be the last day of that change. We thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Also, we would like to acknowledge our staff who rolled with the flow this week to make sure all the routes were collected, fielded phone calls about collections, and adjusted their lives to provide you all with service. We are a blessed to have an awesome crew.
