🚨Public Service Announcement🚨

A little reminder that there’s a LOT more behind a tow than hooking up a car and “it’s just going down the street” 🙄

We’re doing our best to keep pricing fair while keeping our trucks maintained, insured, and on the road.
And yes… a 30-minute ETA is FAST.

Approximately 160,000, 2004 Silverado 2500 6.0, 8inch lift, 37inch tires, newer radio, two 10inch subs in a box behind the back seat, the ABS light is on but not sure why, the back door handle is broken, that’s cheap. Used as daily driver for the last 6 years. $6500 OBO. Clean title in hand.

We still remember. 🇺🇸

We remember the 2,977 lives taken too soon.
We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary Americans who ran toward danger while others were running away.
We remember the families who said goodbye that morning without knowing it would be the last time.
And we remember the men and women who answered the call to serve our country in the years that followed.

For those of us who wear a uniform, September 11th will always carry a little extra weight. It is a reminder of the sacrifice that can come with the oath we take and the responsibility we have to serve others.

But I also hope we never forget September 12th—the day Americans simply saw each other as Americans. Flags were everywhere. Strangers helped strangers. We prayed together, cried together, and stood together.

May we never forget those we lost.
May we never stop honoring those who ran toward the danger.
And may God continue to bless the United States of America. 🇺🇸

Never Forget. 9•11•2001

We leave town for ONE weekend… 😂

Topher, James and I are all gone, which means Justin — our YOUNGEST employee — is officially in charge, with Danny, our NEWEST employee, holding down the fort with him.

Naturally, I was a little nervous.

Then Justin sends me these pictures… 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Apparently somewhere between running Tinks Towing and doing actual work, these two managed to sweet-talk the local police into giving them Junior Police badges, stickers AND a full-blown photo shoot with the patrol cars. 😂🚔

So if you need a tow this weekend, don’t worry — Tinks Towing is still open.

It’s just apparently under new management AND new jurisdiction. 🤣

Officer Justin & Officer Danny are on duty. 🫡🚔

I leave them alone for 48 hours and they start a whole new career path. 😂

Please pray for our business. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Meet the guys behind Tinks Towing!

A towing company is only as good as the people behind the trucks, and somehow we’ve managed to put together one heck of a crew. Between these four, there isn’t much they can’t tow, fix, build… or make fun of each other about. 😂

🔧 JAMES — The Boss
The man behind the madness. James has 11 years in the towing industry and is our resident mechanic, hot rod builder, problem solver, and “give me a minute, I can fix it” guy. He’s the one responsible for keeping this whole operation moving.

😂 JUSTIN — The Baby
Justin is the baby of the group, but he still comes with over 5 years of towing experience. He keeps everybody laughing and definitely makes sure there is never a dull moment around here.

We like to say we stole Justin from another local towing company… although, if we’re being completely honest, they may have just given him to us. 😂

⚡ TOPHER — The OG & EV GURU
Seven years with Tinks. Topher has been here almost since the beginning and knows this company inside and out. He’s been through the growth, the long nights, the crazy calls, the new trucks, and just about every chapter of Tinks.

He’s also our Tesla and Rivian guru. If you have a problem involving an electric vehicle, Topher is the guy we want on the call. EVs can be a completely different animal when it comes to towing and recovery, and his knowledge and experience with them is something we’re extremely proud to have on our team.

🏆 DANNY — The New Guy
And then there’s Danny… our newest acquisition. 😂

We actually did steal him from the same company Justin came from. Apparently, we just keep shopping at the same store. 🤷‍♀️😂

Danny brings plenty of experience with him and was even named AAA Driver of the Year. We’re excited to have him at Tinks and already know he’s going to be a great addition to this crazy crew.

Four completely different personalities. A whole lot of experience. One heck of a team.

These guys are the ones answering calls at all hours, working in the Texas heat, taking care of our customers, protecting their vehicles, and representing the name we’ve worked so hard to build.

This is Tinks Towing. And we’re pretty damn proud of the guys behind the trucks.

Now we just need to figure out who we’re stealing next. 😂

Happy Telecommunications Appreciation Week! We're honored to show our appreciation to the brave men and women that are unseen, but without them Police, EMS and Fire couldn’t operate. Dispatchers are truly unseen hero’s 💛💛💛 Thank you Galveston County Sheriff's Office La Marque Police Department and Texas City Police Department
