Meet the guys behind Tinks Towing!

A towing company is only as good as the people behind the trucks, and somehow we’ve managed to put together one heck of a crew. Between these four, there isn’t much they can’t tow, fix, build… or make fun of each other about. 😂

🔧 JAMES — The Boss
The man behind the madness. James has 11 years in the towing industry and is our resident mechanic, hot rod builder, problem solver, and “give me a minute, I can fix it” guy. He’s the one responsible for keeping this whole operation moving.

😂 JUSTIN — The Baby
Justin is the baby of the group, but he still comes with over 5 years of towing experience. He keeps everybody laughing and definitely makes sure there is never a dull moment around here.

We like to say we stole Justin from another local towing company… although, if we’re being completely honest, they may have just given him to us. 😂

⚡ TOPHER — The OG & EV GURU
Seven years with Tinks. Topher has been here almost since the beginning and knows this company inside and out. He’s been through the growth, the long nights, the crazy calls, the new trucks, and just about every chapter of Tinks.

He’s also our Tesla and Rivian guru. If you have a problem involving an electric vehicle, Topher is the guy we want on the call. EVs can be a completely different animal when it comes to towing and recovery, and his knowledge and experience with them is something we’re extremely proud to have on our team.

🏆 DANNY — The New Guy
And then there’s Danny… our newest acquisition. 😂

We actually did steal him from the same company Justin came from. Apparently, we just keep shopping at the same store. 🤷‍♀️😂

Danny brings plenty of experience with him and was even named AAA Driver of the Year. We’re excited to have him at Tinks and already know he’s going to be a great addition to this crazy crew.

Four completely different personalities. A whole lot of experience. One heck of a team.

These guys are the ones answering calls at all hours, working in the Texas heat, taking care of our customers, protecting their vehicles, and representing the name we’ve worked so hard to build.

This is Tinks Towing. And we’re pretty damn proud of the guys behind the trucks.

Now we just need to figure out who we’re stealing next. 😂

Today we’re celebrating 7 YEARS with Topher!

And honestly, calling him “one of our drivers” doesn’t even come close to describing what he means to us or to Tinks Towing.

Topher started with us just six months after we opened our doors, when we were still figuring things out, building this business from the ground up, and probably had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. He has been here through the growth, the long days, the late nights, the stressful seasons, the wins, the losses, and everything in between.

Over the last seven years, Topher has become so much more than an employee. He has truly been the backbone of this business and part of our family. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Tinks Towing would not be where it is today without his loyalty, hard work, dedication, and the way he has continued to show up for us year after year.

When you build a business, you hope to find people who believe in what you’re building enough to stick around for the journey. We were lucky enough to find that person almost from the very beginning.

Topher, thank you for believing in us, growing with us, putting up with us, and helping turn this little business into what it is today.

Seven years down, and we are beyond grateful that you’ve been beside us for almost the entire ride.

We love and appreciate you more than you probably realize.

Big milestone for Tinks Towing!

Today we’re excited to officially add our 4th wrecker to the fleet.

Over the past several months, we’ve seen firsthand that growth isn’t always easy. We’ve faced challenges, made difficult decisions, and trusted God every step of the way. At one point, we were even presented with an opportunity to sell the business. After much prayer, we knew God was calling us to continue building what He had blessed us with.

Since then, He’s opened doors we couldn’t have opened ourselves. We’ve welcomed new team members, added new contracts, expanded our fleet, and continued serving the communities that trust us.

To every customer, law enforcement agency, repair shop, and business that has supported us—thank you. Your trust means everything to us.

We’re grateful for how far God has brought us, and we’re excited to see where He leads us next. Here’s to continuing to serve our community with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

You know through all of our years of service, ups and downs, good and bad. Topher has been our constant and we really don’t give him the recognition he deserves. So we are proud to recognize Topher as Employee of the Month. 😁
