Francisco attended the famed Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he studded Aerospace Science and Technology. He has flown many missions with both manned and unmanned aircraft with some of his most exciting flights having been for sensitive government missions in the far reaches of the globe. ⁠

Help us in welcoming Ray Pascua to the Ozone team!

Ray joins the team as UAV Operations Manager. Ray brings to Ozone his proven leadership and extensive knowledge in scaling successful UAV Operations teams.

Ray is a licensed Part 107 pilot with years of experience including recent roles in construction as well as a stint in Hollywood filming car chases and stunt scenes.

In Ray’s most recent role at Katera, he built from scratch a drone operations team that supported their $1 Billion business. His expertise in overseeing drone related operations, software systems, drone personnel, and hardware inventory makes Ray a valuable addition to the team.

As a professional surveyor with a passion for productive data capture and data management, John has spent most of his career working in the Reality Capture space, specifically in AEC, Survey and Civil – helping customers adapt cutting edge technologies to drive safety, productivity, and profitability.

John previously worked for Leica Geosystems in multiple sales management roles for more than 16 years and has been instrumental in onboarding, coaching and managing successful sales teams for growth with budgets up to $32 million.
