Our hearts are with the Porter Fire Department as they mourn the loss of Captain Jesus Castillo.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, crew, and all those who had the privilege of serving alongside him.

On Tuesday, July 14, your Galveston Firefighters answered the call to assist communities devastated by flooding in the Texas Hill Country. When Texans need help, we show up. Honored to serve those facing unimaginable loss and stand ready to help however we can.

When they’re not answering alarms, Galveston Firefighters Ryan Schaffer and Brody Cavataio are representing the brotherhood on the ice for the Houston Fire Department Hockey Team.

Come out and support them as they take on the Houston Police Department in the annual Guns & Hoses Charity Hockey Game.
