Ok. So, we burned up a table saw a few months back that it turned out we could replace cheaper than we could fix it, so we replaced it. That said, I could not bring myself to "trash" it, so we (me) started thinking about repurposing and today I figured it out! We (Jesse and Raul) gutted it and now it will serve as a podium for events that we have in our shop. Brilliant! Maybe we can get a company seal to put on the face like the Ritz. Pretty bougee, a table saw podium in front of a -up backdrop.

First event with the new podium is tomorrow; it is our Galveston Economic Development Partnership Construction Consortium from 4-6 and we will be serving burgers and near adult beverages.

Happy Sunday! Construction litigation appears to be at all-time high, and the building envelope seems to be front and center of each conflict.

of the (near) future will be intense and here is my take on where we are and where we are going. If you do not see the problem, you are either in denial, sheltered, or one of the few (and there are a few) that are getting it right.
