That is why Alden Executive Advisors is connecting with experienced business coaches, consultants, executives, business owners, managers, and advisors who want to serve small business owners as Independent Partner Coaches.
Partner Coaches help owners uncover revenue and profit opportunities, lead practical business conversations, support implementation, and build accountability using a structured coaching and delivery system.
You may be a strong fit if your experience includes:
• Business coaching or consulting
• Business ownership or executive leadership
• Sales or business development
• Operations or management
• Finance, strategy, or advisory services
• Professional or client-facing services
HOW THE MODEL WORKS
This is not a job, salaried position, W-2 employment role, or 1099 contractor role. It is an independent Partner Coach opportunity.
Partner Coaches keep the coaching and consulting revenue they generate from their own client engagements. Selected Partner Coaches participate in Alden Executive Advisors’ proprietary coaching and delivery system. An initial investment and ongoing monthly resource fee apply.
