✅ 12,625 ft of aluminum (that’s over 2 miles 🤯)

We installed the first door of this project in September 2025….fast forward 11 months and we are complete 🙌

We’ve spent the better part of the last year either on site installing or in the shop fabricating for this job and is, to date, our largest project. 👷‍♂️

We are extremely proud of our crew for the work it took to get this accomplished. 🤗

• Lead & Manage: Supervise on-site glazing crews for commercial storefronts, heavy curtain walls, and complex residential installations.
• Oversee Quality: Read blueprints, verify layout measurements, and ensure all installations meet strict architectural and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Direct safety protocols on site, coordinate team tasks, and collaborate closely with management to keep projects on schedule.
• Hands-on Ex*****on: Fabricate aluminum metal frames and handle specialized architectural glass alongside your team.
📋 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS):
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the commercial glass, glazing, or specialized construction industry.
• Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory experience or clear crew leader capability is highly preferred.
• Credentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, advanced measurement layout, and project problem-solving.
