Company History and back story:
Evergreen Sprinkler Supply is a third generation, family owned and operated sprinkler supplier located in Boise, Idaho. Evergreen started as an installation and construction based company in 1957. In 1969, Richard (Dick) Ragsdale, a former engineer, purchased the company. In 1974, Dick made the decision to focus on the sales side of the business and discontinued installation. Evergreen became one of the premier wholesale suppliers to contractors in the Treasure Valley. Evergreen was located on 29th and Jefferson in Boise, but quickly outgrew the space as the business grew. In 1977-1978, Dick and his son Randy built a warehouse on West 32nd Street in Garden City, Idaho. Evergreen remains at the same location today, providing excellent customer service and technical “know how.” Dick’s son, Randy Ragsdale, purchased the business in 1994. Randy has been in the irrigation industry since 1969 and offers a wealth of knowledge to his customers as well as his employees. Randy officially retired January 1st, 2017. In keeping with tradition, Randy’s son, Nick Ragsdale, purchased the business January of 2017. Nick has grown up working for the family and has been with the company since 1993.
