Thank you for the amazing support. Yesterday, 961 free kid’s meals were given out at the three participating Carl’s Jr. locations, which means 639 meals are still available today.
There has been some confusion, so here’s the simple breakdown:
✅ Two separate offers are happening (at these 3 participating Carl’s Jr franchise stores)
1. $1 Meal Offer – Created by the local Carl’s Jr franchise owner for families affected by the shutdown. This applies to adults or kids but follows the rules of the $1 EBT promo.
2. FREE Kids Meal Donation Initiative – Our company, two local businesses, and one anonymous donor purchased 1,600 kid’s meals. These are 100% free for children until supplies run out. No purchase required. No $1 payment. No children turned away.
✅ Free meals began after 2:30 PM yesterday. Only on the 3 franchise locations mentioned before. When you visit, please ask for the FREE Kids Meal Donation Initiative, not the $1 EBT promo.
We are grateful to the franchise Carl’s Jr. owner, his staff, and district manager Adriana for making this possible. We are just 3 small local business owners trying to help our community’s kids, and the only way to keep this going is through community support.
Priority One Security commitment remains strong. We are reaching out to other businesses and encouraging them to join this effort. But you do not have to be a business to make a difference—every dollar helps, and every meal matters.
If you’d like to be part of the next round of donated meals, send us a message on our page. We don’t accept direct payments. Instead, we will help coordinate with Carl’s Jr. district manager to schedule a date and time to fund and schedule each new batch of free meals, payments will be made directly at the participating Carl’s Jr. location.
For additional information please refer to our previous post on our page.
Let’s keep going.
