AS I sit on this Delta Air Lines plane scrolling through the many pages, comments, reading thoughts from those we are impacted by the unfortunate death of a beautiful person, Dr Antoinette Bailey... I wipe away my own tears.

Workplace racism, bullying impact adults just as harshly as children. Black Women professional bust their butts to achieve their personal goals, not just for their families, but God and themselves.

We know our presence moves mountains and also causes unrest in some. WHY? 🤔

Mental illness and emotional trauma effects all of us no matter our degrees, SES, skin color or language. A human being should never feel unheard when they are asking for help and support.

ALL involved should be held accountable for this trauma event.

Dr Bailey, the university FAILED you and your family. The university FAILED you because they allowed this horrible person get paid to drive you to your death. The world FAILD to protect you.

I pray you are resting in God's heavenly arms.
