I’m proud to share that I’ve joined the Fathers & Families Coalition of America as a Certified Trainer of the FFCA DiSC Training Model and a member of the Leadership Institute Faculty. I personally want to thank Dr. James C Rodríguez, MSW Founder, President of FFCA for this opportunity.
This collaboration aligns with my work in corporate wellness, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed care, and leadership development. Together, we will support professionals, fathers, and families through evidence-based training, community engagement, and impactful learning experiences.
