Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Associate - Customer Service Representative at J. Gurley Insurance located in Gardendale, AL. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, onboarding new clients, processing endorsements, managing personal lines renewals, assisting with insurance inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
A current P&C License for the state of Alabama
Current or Prior Experience in an Insurance Agency
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Knowledge of Personal Lines products
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Employment Type
Full-time

Must-have qualifications:
Property and Casualty Insurance License in the State of Alabama

At least one year of experience in an insurance agency
