Mindset Monday...

You can choose to freak the frack out or pause before you respond.

It's taken me years to learn the pause.

Pausing gives us space to not say something we might regret.
Pausing helps us to calm down in the moment.
Pausing allows us to see things from a different perspective.

You can not control things sometimes, but you can choose how you respond.

Pause. Respond. Freedom.
