✈️☕ Thank You, Commemorative Air Force – Heart of America Wing!

A big thank you to the Commemorative Air Force- Heart of America Wing for sponsoring today’s Chamber Coffee and welcoming our members to New Century AirCenter!

We enjoyed learning more about the organization, its historic aircraft, and its mission to acquire, restore, preserve, and fly historic military aircraft for the education and enjoyment of future generations.

The location itself has an incredible history! Formerly Naval Air Station Olathe, the air base was commissioned by the U.S. Navy in 1942 as a pilot training facility. Notable figures including astronaut and U.S. Senator John Glenn and The Price Is Right host Bob Barker trained here.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning, and especially to the Heart of America Wing for sharing a piece of aviation history with us!
