Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sign Shop Production Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of various types of signage, including banners, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, and more. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of materials for signage production, including cutting vinyl, laminating, and weeding.
Operate machinery such as vinyl cutters, wide-format printers, and laminators.
Assemble and install signage according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sign production or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
Physical ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
