AV refreshes should be planned decisions - not budget ambushes.

IMS AVaaS can bring equipment, deployment, support, monitoring, and refresh into one predictable lifecycle model.

One partner from installation through modernization. Fewer surprises for IT and finance.

Quick question: is parking validation available for road cases, or just vehicles?

We're in Toronto this week, and have a great parking spot!

It’s the last day of Meeting Planner Appreciation Month, and we couldn’t let it pass without saying thank you!

To all the planners we have the privilege of working with: we appreciate you, the work you put into every meeting, and the trust you place in our team. Thank you for sharing your vision with us and giving us the opportunity to bring it to life. We love being part of your team!

Event day does not care that the standard support window ended at 5:00.

IMS can build onsite AV coverage around event calendars, peak periods, extended hours, and critical spaces.

Dedicated, fractional, or scheduled support - designed around the moments that matter most.

IMS Involved: A team of IMS volunteers recently used their Volunteer Time Off to spend a shift with Sharing Excess, sorting still-edible food that would otherwise go to waste and helping get it to the Philadelphia community.

The need is close to home: data from Feeding America shows Philadelphia’s food insecurity rate is 17.6%, with over 103,000 children (nearly one in three) experiencing hunger.

Together, we sorted 9,322 pounds of food, including plenty of peaches and zucchini. Of that, 6,523 pounds were rescued, representing an estimated 5,218 potential meals. The remaining 2,799 pounds will be composted or used for animal feed.

Sharing Excess also estimates that our shift prevented 23,809 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions.

Thank you to Sharing Excess for the work you do and for giving our team a chance to be part of it!

Sometimes the AV problem is not the equipment. It is bandwidth.

IMS can provide dedicated or fractional AV professionals to support meeting rooms, users, events, projects, and daily operations - all backed by the full IMS technical team.

Add capacity without building an AV department from scratch.
