We’re continuing our A–Z Affirmation Countdown for Amazing Teachers, and today we have a combo day.

Take a moment to receive both.

Even on the days you feel tired, your consistency matters. The way you continue to show up, prepare, and pour into your scholars is making a difference whether you see it immediately or not.

E for Empowered
You have been given everything you need for this season. Walk confidently in your ability to lead, guide, and impact your scholars. Your voice, your presence, and your work carry weight.

Also, please join me in wishing Mrs. Morris a very Happy Birthday. We appreciate her leadership and all that she does at Fieler Elementary.

Parents, I understand that many of you are exploring school alternatives, and there is nothing wrong with seeking the best for your child. However, it is important to have a clear standard.

Make sure the educators are highly qualified or actively working toward certification with the proper support in place. Ensure that there is a well-developed curriculum that promotes student engagement, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences. Look for alignment across core subjects and special classes so that your child is receiving a cohesive education, not a fragmented one.

Do not make decisions based solely on what sounds appealing. Education is an art and a science. There is a reason trained educators spend years developing the skills needed for proper instruction, pacing, assessment, and student engagement. These elements are not optional; they are essential.

Right now, there are many “schools” opening with concerning gaps and red flags. At the same time, there are highly qualified educators who are equipped, experienced, and ready to walk alongside you and your scholar with excellence and intention.

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC – “Until” Declaration

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will not despise small beginnings, because the Lord rejoices to see the work begin (Zechariah 4:10).

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will build what God has instructed to be built, even when the full outcome is not yet visible, just as Noah built the ark by faith (Hebrews 11:7).

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will continue to sow, work, and prepare, knowing that people plant and water, but God gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6–7).

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will keep its hands to the work morning and evening, trusting that in time the seeds will grow (Ecclesiastes 11:6).

Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain, so this vision is committed fully to Him (Psalm 127:1).

Until the students come.
Until the families gather.
Until the vision fills the room.
