A customer brought us his mower he just got out of a shop ....over 400.00. Suppose to be all new pulleys .....new belt etc .....anyone see the issue ? Also photo #2. Can you see where the belt was actually at ? And in addition.....does the belt look new ? This makes me so sad ~the mechanics wife

Houston I think we found the problem ....mowing tarps is not recommended...breakage of the belt might accur 🥴🤪
