Customer had a last minute request before selling their home. Asked if I could fix the rotten wood areas around the doorframe. So, ripped the old frame off and put on a new one! Got lucky the wood underneath the frame wasn’t rotted too bad. Offered to paint the new frame for her, but she told me not to worry about it!

Did a ton of drywall repairs in a customers bonus room. Had cracks in the ceiling from natural settlement over the years and golf ball size holes everywhere from the golf simulator. Made sure to make it look like new again! Even planted it it a brighter color and gave it a little more life! Can’t even tell now!

Customer asked for me to put together a greenhouse they had purchased. They also requested that it be put in a sturdy foundation, so it wouldn’t be lost in a storm. So, I built a nice wooden frame to attach the brackets to and leveled it to the area where they wanted the greenhouse to be placed. Then, attached the greenhouse to it and made sure to insulate it well, to keep it dry as possible.

Customer asked for a new Kitchen faucet to be installed. As I was taking the hot and cold lines off the old faucet I noticed some water damage in the bottom of the cabinet. Also, some water had been leaking into the crawlspace. After further inspection, they had a steady leak on both copper pipes in the crawlspace right at the 90 degree bend. So I ended up replacing the lines with the new faucet and updating the old lines from copper to Pex! Clean as a whistle and no leaks!

Customer wanted the open spaces in her basement closed up. Installed multiple Advantech OSB boards with the moisture barrier in all the areas. Also, made 2 doors for her to use on each side to still be able to store stuff in the enclosed space! She was very pleased with the outcome.
