WE ARE BACK!!! It's been quite a week. It was a full-blown natural disaster like we've never seen. Thankfully, electricity has been restored and shipped services are normalizing. Our phones and our internet services are on and off. With that said... Please contact us and we will respond to the best of what services will allow. Thank you all for your patience. We are thrilled to be able to serve our customers once again!

This is what we have been dealing with this week… UPDATE: The weather has improved and, thankfully, the ice melted last night. Our region still has very limited phone, internet, and shipping services. Furthermore our team is still dealing with continuing widespread power outages. Therefore, we remain closed but are planning on reopening Monday April 7th for regular business. We are receiving email services intermittently and are are responding to those as much as the conditions are allowing. We greatly appreciate your patience with us during this once in a century weather event. We very much look forward to serving you again soon!

UPDATE: We remain closed and do not expect to reopen Wednesday. Thankfully there has been some melting this afternoon, but the amount of damage to our power grid from downed trees, electric poles, and broken power lines will take weeks to repair. Perhaps longer. Hopefully we will reopen by the end of the week. With that said, we are getting spotty delivery of emails and some on again off again cellular service. We will make every possible attempt to respond to emails as the situation allows. Most importantly all of the members of our team are safe and well!

Due to a once in a century ice storm we are closed today and expect to be closed until Wednesday. Due to toppled trees and down powerlines travel in this area is unsafe. The Otsego county sheriff has issued a shelter in place order due to the dangerous conditions. We apologize to our customers for any inconveniences this may cause. Thankfully, the entire RLH staff is safe and fine. We look forward to serving you when we reopen.
