Safety is more than a priority. It’s a value.
This week, Rubicon proudly participated in Zero Harm Week, reinforcing our commitment to protecting our people, our processes, and our community. Across the site, employees and contractors came together for a variety of activities focused on strengthening our safety culture, including a sitewide Safety Stand Down, fall protection demonstrations, and emergency response activities.
From hands-on learning experiences to meaningful conversations about workplace safety, the week highlighted the importance of working together to create an environment where everyone goes home safe every day.
A big thank you to all who participated and demonstrated that Zero Harm Starts With Me. Your engagement, commitment, and willingness to look out for one another help make safety a shared responsibility and a core part of who we are.
