Just wanted to relay some information about Amazon returns with The UPS Store versus Staples.
My small business, The UPS Store gets paid a small amount per piece returned to Amazon while the big box store Staples does not get paid anything because they are a corporate chain and can get away with that. That is why Amazon is trying to divert customers away from my small business to Staples. My UPS Store in Geneva very much appreciates any business we can receive from your Amazon returns! We try to be more efficient, friendly, and helpful than Staples and I hope it shows. If not, let me know personally.

If Amazon charges you extra fees for returning your items to The UPS Store, Please call them at 888-280-4331 and tell them you want to make the UPS Store your default drop off point and to not charge you for dropping off at The UPS Store. I've had many customers put in just a few minutes with this and they received good results and did not get charged!

Public service announcement for my personal and business friends and customers!
In regards to your Amazon returns, you can now call Amazon at 888-280-4331 and tell them you want The UPS Store in Geneva to be your default return outlet which will take that dollar charge per package away!! Just tell Amazon that you prefer to go to The UPS Store in Geneva versus Staples for the reasons of convenience or you don't like to go to Staples.
