Today, Governor Waltz issued the “stay at home order” ordering Minnesotans to stay at home for two weeks. Because appliance service is considered an essential job, Sorenson's Appliance Service will continue to serve our customers during this time.

We continue to take the necessary safeguards to promote the health of our team and customers. We appreciate your support and flexibility as we work through this together. Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about Coronavirus (COVID-19), how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.

We are closely following CDC guidelines and local events as the goal within the communities we operate in is to determine how to go about providing you with the service you are in need of. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.
