Registration begins at 8 a.m. Please arrive between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Open to anyone who has purchased a ticket to any other event of the Symposium. "WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT THE FINGER LAKES?" Panel of prominent speakers on the subject moderated by Evan Dawson.
10:00 a.m. to 12:30p.m. offering of four seminars - you puchase a ticket to two - each focusing on cool climate wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling), with each featuring Finger Lakes and other world-class wine regions. The goal of the pairings is to understand and recognize the quality of the wine being produced today in the Finger Lakes as it compares with wines that many in our industry have known and loved for years.
12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Luncheon Program: you will purchase a ticket to one of four venues in downtown Geneva for lunch. Delicious, local fare paired with Finger Lakes wines.
6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Red, White and Blues Tasting on Linden Street ($25/person)
We will feature area wineries, local food and blues!
