🍷 THE PRAIRIE STATE W**ERY INFLATION REDUCTION ACT CONTINUES 🍷

Next on the chopping block is Cherry! This sweet and slightly tart fruit w**e is made from 100% Michigan Cherries.

As previously stated, over the years, our w**e tasting menu has suffered from serious menu bloat. We’ve been creating, experimenting, and pouring so many delicious varieties that our tasting sheet is practically bursting at the seams. Frankly, we’ve run out of paper space, and we need your immediate help to "trim the w**e list" and streamline our selection!

To combat this glorious overabundance, we are officially passing the Prairie State Winery Inflation Reduction Act!
Here’s how the plan works:

· Weekly Stimulus Package: Each Wednesday, we will spotlight a specific featured w**e from our surplus inventory and slash its price by 30%. (while supplies last)

· Your Civic Duty: Stop in, stock up on your favorites, and help us drink down the surplus until our tasting sheet is back to where we want it.

· Pass the Savings Along: We ended up with too many different w**es, and instead of letting great w**e sit, we’re passing these unbelievable savings straight to you!

Keep your eyes on our page every week to see which w**e is hitting the block next. Help us simplify our menu—one bottle (or case!) at a time. Some of these w**es will not come back for a long time!

This Lodi, California grown Zinfandel was harvested from gnarly vines that date back to the 1860's. Old Vines produce less fruit but a greater concentration of flavors.

🍁 Fall is officially here, and you know what that means... Our beloved Butternut Squash & Spinach Dip is back for the season!

What originally started as a humble addition to our cheese tray quickly became a fan-favorite, demanding its very own spotlight as a stand-alone appetizer.

We roast sweet butternut squash to perfection and blend it with savory sauteed onions, fresh spinach, and garlic in a rich, decadent trio of cream cheese, parmesan, asiago, and melted mozzarella. Served bubbling hot with warm, toasted focaccia bread for dipping, it’s the ultimate comfort food for crisp autumn days. 🍷✨
