Three days. One incredible experience.

We headed to Las Vegas for the Permanent Jewelry Expo and came home with so much more than new chains and new skills. We came back with new friendships, new memories, fresh inspiration, meaningful connections, and a whole lot of excitement for what’s next.

There’s something special about being surrounded by people who understand your passion, cheer for your wins, and freely share their knowledge. We laughed, learned, dreamed bigger, and filled our cups in ways we didn’t expect.

And yes… we brought home a few new jewels too. ✨

Grateful for every conversation, every hug, every late-night laugh, and every person who made this trip unforgettable. The future is looking bright, and I can’t wait to bring everything we learned back to Bally Built Boutique.

It’s one thing to lead a unit. It’s another to become the first woman in the history of the United States military to reach the very top of the promotion ladder.

In November 2008, Ann Dunwoody dismantled a barrier that had stood for more than two centuries. When she took the reigns as the head of Army Materiel Command, she stepped into one of the most massive logistical roles in the world, proving that a woman's expertise belongs at the highest levels of strategic command.

Her career wasn't just about the history-making rank. She built a career on a foundation of elite performance. Take a look at her qualifications: she earned the Master Parachutist Badge and the Parachute Rigger Badge, demonstrating she was just as comfortable in the sky as she was in the boardroom.

From her early days as a second lieutenant in the 1970s to her retirement in 2012, she collected some of the military’s highest honors, including the Distinguished Service Medal and the Legion of Merit. She served through global conflicts and led the transformation of how our military is supplied and sustained.

Gen. Dunwoody is the living proof that when you open every door to women, the entire force gets stronger. She showed the world that a woman doesn't just "fill a role," she defines it.

We had the honor of being part of the Eanes Elementary PTA Fundraiser this weekend here in Austin, TX ✨ It was such a beautiful event supporting the school, families, and community. I only managed to snap one photo (because y’all kept me so busy 💕) but I had to share these two amazing teachers—one rocking a new bracelet and the other a necklace from my permanent jewelry collection.

So grateful to be part of an event that gives back to our schools and proud to show up as a veteran owned business. 💪
