6 STORAGE UNITS AT A FORTRESS STORE & LOCK (link for bidding will be posted Wed. Aug 25)
As per ORC 5322, 6 storage units located at A Fortress Store and Lock, 2521 Carmody Blvd, Middletown Ohio 45042 will be sold by internet / online auction only.
Bidding will begin Wednesday August 25 at 9 am and close on Sunday August 29 at 9 pm with staggered closing.

All items in units are sold "as is" and must be paid and all items removed by the buyer by Tuesday August 31, 2021
(Dumpster will not be available and you must take all items, however if there is a mattress in the unit, A Fortress will dispose of the mattress for and extra $10 fee)
You may pay cash for the unit or units won at this auction upon check in to claim your units won at auction or pay online at the close of the auction . Upon check in with A Fortress Store and Lock, a clean out deposit will be collected and held until the unit is completely cleaned out.
A $100 deposit clean out fee charged to buyer for each unit and will be refunded when storage unit is deemed cleaned by A Fortress Storage & Lock.
