This 4 Building 220 unit apartment development in the center of midtown Memphis has all the amenities one could ask for including swimming pool , fitness, bike storage, dog wash and so much more!

Our newest project has broken ground and the foundations have started on the model units for the Willows at the Lake in The Lake District. Located in Lakeland, TN this development will consist of 109 townhomes. In total the 160+ acre of mixed-use community surrounded by a 10 acre lake and water ways is designed to be a completely walkable community, designed as a urban village by Looney Ricks Kiss.

We have completed of an old 7 story concrete and metal building in . Originally built in the 1950-1960 the building was unable to be repaired. In its place will rise with amenities, onsite parking and more!

We are proud to celebrate the completion of the StoryPoint in , located just south of highway 385, this 180,000 sq. ft. facility with 164 units consisting of and units. Also includes amenities such as commercial laundry, kitchen, fitness, activities and much more. It was a pleasure working with Berardi Partners, Pickering Firm, Inc., Stafford-Smith, Inc., Dalhoff Thomas design studio, and many others to complete this project.
