This is a 32’x8’ front porch we demoed earlier in the season that I forgot to post. We ripped the old frame out, replaced each post one at a time, and reframed the deck. We used “Malted Barley” Trex decking. Installed vinyl posts sleeves and trim rings on each post, and wrapped the deck with pvc fascia board!

Here is a 20x16 deck we were subcontracted out to build. It includes 2 sets of stairs and an ADA compliant wheel chair ramp. The customer chose “Sea Salt Gray” Timber Tech decking boards with white vinyl black baluster guardrails! I think it came out great! It was fun to build the ramp, it was something different for us!
