Here is a masterpiece! This is a double deck built for an apartment! They are both an 18’x8’ deck, we installed Trex rain escape on the top frame so the bottom deck can be dry when it rains! We also installed a picture frame border on both decks, Trex black aluminum guardrails, black aluminum 6x6 post wraps, a 6” inch gutter system for the rain escape to drain properly, pictured frame the stairs. We also installed color matching Trex “Cinnamon Cove” fascia, we knot hed out the back sides of the decking boards to hide all joints and butt ends to give it a slick finish! We also added the trex boards horizontal under the deck to close it off instead of lattice which I think looks amazing! This job really tested our craftsmanship and I think we blew it out of the water on this one! We are now booking decks for spring of 2027 get with us now to be an early bird!

Here is a bathroom we built from the ground up! We framed ,cut the concrete out to move the shower drain, drywalled, painted, finish trim, installed LVP flooring, installed a 32” shower surround, toilet, 36” vanity, vanity light and mirror, we built a 4’x18” closet that is also made into a new hall closet! Here is a pool deck we added to their existing deck. It is 18x12. We used “Toasted sand” Trex boards with Wolf white vinyl and black baluster guardrails. We redid the existing deck’s guardrails and redid the L shape staircase that wasn’t built the best. We added black lattice around the bottom of decks and trimmed it out with white pvc fascia board. We are still waiting on the gate to come in as it’s a special order, but I couldn’t wait to post pictures of it! It is a whole outdoor oasis , where their family can sit out, lounge, and make great memories! This was a fun one to build and are honored to have built their dream! We’ll be back later in the year to add on a 32x12!

Here is a staircase with a 6x7 landing we built after demoing the existing one. We used “Pebble Beach” trex decking with Wolf white vinyl guardrails. Here is a 25x10 x 12x10 L-shape deck that we rebuilt for my uncle, which included removing the old frame, replacing posts to support the existing roof, and reconstructing the frame. This is a 32’x8’ front porch we demoed earlier in the season that I forgot to post. We ripped the old frame out, replaced each post one at a time, and reframed the deck. We used “Malted Barley” Trex decking. Installed vinyl posts sleeves and trim rings on each post, and wrapped the deck with pvc fascia board!
