Good morning everyone! Informative but rather long post incoming!
I apologize if a framing order has taken a little longer than normal, but I went on a much needed vacation. I will be back tomorrow and should have orders caught back up this week! Any custom orders that you need for Christmas gifts: I would suggest bringing them in soon. I will be taking custom orders for Christmas until December 12th, 2026. After that, anything custom must be in a moulding that we have enough of in stock, and there will be a rush fee attached to it.
With that being said, keep an eye out for flash sales! With the holidays approaching faster than ever (or I'm just getting old), I do plan on putting our already framed pieces on sale as well as a bunch of other things so we can make room for the new year!
Need stuff shipped to your family? We can do that too! Friendly reminder, prices vary day by day and I cannot control how expensive it will be. We also are a third party shipper for USPS (post office), so we are slightly more expensive, but we are much more convenient for most and (speaking from experience) much faster.
If you are shipping overseas to a military post, or just overseas in general, we can do that as well. We ask that you have all of the information ahead of time so we can keep the flow of people moving. I will need to know what is inside the box for Customs paperwork. We CANNOT ship spray paint or any sort of aerosol cans, hazardous materials (freedom seeds, weapons, flammable liquids, etc), loose lithium batteries (must be inside of the device), live animals. I'm sure there's more I'm missing, but please read the signs we have posted around the shipping counter.
We CANNOT take UPS QR codes for Amazon returns. Please don't come into the store to yell at us for not being able to take your package. We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, which means we can create labels and take drop off packages. QR codes are to be taken to UPS Stores, not us.
We can take most FedEx QR codes. I have discovered that FedEx codes from TikTok shop do not scan for us. Our program is still in the Beta phase for the QR codes, so please be patient with us. We do not know what QR code will work until we scan it. If your code doesn't work and we can find a way to print an actual label, we can do that too!
We do offer DHL shipping. If you have something you need sent overseas and you don't want to use UPS or FedEx, we got you! We can take drop offs for them as well.
