We purchased this 1900 sq ft home in 2008. It was a ranch style home with three bedrooms and one bath upstairs, and an unfinished basement with a bathroom. It has seen many renovations through the years, but these photos show the very beginning and some of the end. After installing egress windows and a beam in the basement, we moved the stairs, added two bedrooms and a family room to the newly finished basement, and made the upstairs an open-concept space that is perfect for everyday living and lots of special gatherings for family and friends. Please ignore the date stamp on the 2008 photos...between moving, remodeling, and twin toddlers, that detail got missed. More current photos to come!

UPDATED PHOTOS ADDED! Welcome to our home! We feel it's important to show you what Andy is able to do with a small space for a growing family of five. The bones of this house were good, and it functioned well as it was. However, with Andy's vision, talent, and a lot of work he created a modern, functional space that will transition through each life stage and provide a comfortable space for any type of family to live in for years to come.

I’ve been in the design and drafting business since 2001, working with a variety of construction projects, including commercial, agricultural, and residential. I’m excited to combine my experience and passion with my customer’s vision and ideas into a custom set of plans ready for construction.
