🍊✨ Summer Spritz, Zialena Style ✨🍋

You can take the bartender out of the bar… but give him a bottle of Zialena Sauvy B and it’s happy hour all over again…Meet your new warm-weather go-to: the Zialena Spritz, an herbaceous, citrusy spritz wine cocktail with just the right bite.

Curated by our very own Andy Unzueta especially for our Happy Hour Series July: Italian American Night. Try it: July 12 from 5pm – 7pm. Event is free, reservations encouraged, walk-ins welcome.

Ingredients
• 2 oz Cappelletti
• Juice of ¼ lime (measure with your heart 💚)
• 4 oz 2023 Zialena Sauvignon Blanc
• 2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
• Ice
• Garnish: fresh rosemary + orange slice

Instructions
Pour Cappelletti into a wine glass. Add lime juice, Sauvignon Blanc, and tonic. Fill to the brim with ice. Garnish with rosemary and a juicy orange wheel.
Sip and let the crisp vibes carry you away. 🌿🍷🧡
