🦇 BAT EVICTION CUTOFF🦇

The official cutoff date for fall bat evictions is OCT 15TH.
There's a key factor in this, that cutoff date is if the weather stays warm enough for bats to be able to actively feed.
Looking at the weather after this weekend......
We will be done hanging bat excluders for the year!

🥶 The weather turns consistently cold overnight moving forward! Do not allow any companies to "evict" bats starting next week as I can almost guarantee all bats will not exit resulting in bats being trapped inside/killed.

💪 Humanely removing bats is more important to us than making a couple dollars

Over the last few days we sent some our leaders to the AAC Distributing "LEAD TO SUCCEED" Conference in Syracuse Indiana.

Over the last handful of years the business has grown at a rate that I can honestly say maybe outgrew myself as an Owner and outgrew what I ever really expected!

Every year we send our team to trainings across the US for a wide varitety of things related to the business and growing/leading as a team!

We dont want the business and the numbers to be the only thing that grows year over year but we want the people within the business to grow and lead themselves and others!

We are grateful for all of the guest speakers and people that take the time to put these events on as they carry a wealth of knowledge with them!
