Retaliation! God keeps poking at me to keep fighting. It is an entirely different story when they cut your pay the second layoff also during medical leave and after 21+ with the state and never a complaint! I am happy with my new program and supervisor but this is NOT ok! I can line it all up with my documentation and my lawyerwho has guided since October 2023!

Happy Monday from the PNW!

I’ve been with the state for 22 years, and honestly, I never thought I’d find myself being laid off—not once, but TWICE in a short period of time this year. It ended up resulting in lowering my pay!

It really made me stop and think…
