Heyyy! Welcome to my page! I am Carly Grundmann, and I am glad you're here! I'm a real estate investor, marketer, realtor, mom, and so much more!
Before I ever got licensed, I had already spent years buying, selling, fixing, renting, wholesaling, and negotiating real estate with my own money on the line.
I also spent nearly 20 years in marketing, learning how to position an offer, create demand, understand the audience, and move people to action.
Then one of our own listings fell apart because the nontraditional deal structure wasn’t fully understood.
That was the moment I knew I wanted to be the person at the table who could understand the whole deal, protect the opportunity, and find another path forward.
So I got licensed.
Today, I help buyers make smarter moves, sellers find options beyond another price reduction, investors evaluate both the property and the structure, and agents get another set of eyes on tough deals.
And because this page is about more than real estate, you’ll also see family, entrepreneurship, faith, humor, and the real process of building a life while building businesses.
I’m based in Gig Harbor and serve Tacoma and the South Sound.
