Well, this was fun! 🤍

I recently had the opportunity to share a little of my story with Voyage Phoenix for their Hidden Gems series.

As I answered their questions, I found myself reflecting on the many twists and turns that have brought me here.

From creating natural skincare products for my family to launching Awaken Joy Leadership, pursuing my doctorate, and walking alongside others through their own transformation journeys—there has been one consistent thread.

A desire to find practical solutions that help people live healthier, freer, more whole lives.
And the journey certainly hasn't been a straight line!

There have been beautiful seasons of growth, unexpected setbacks, moments of questioning, and plenty of opportunities to practice what I teach.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to share a little more about the woman behind Awaken Joy.
